Mrs. Anupam Jha is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2003 and a Law Graduate from New Law College, Mumbai. She has more than 8 years of experience in the corporate sector including the Godrej Group of companies in Mumbai and had worked last with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited in the Department of Corporate Services and Listing mainly handling the modalities involved in approval of the schemes of merger and amalgamation, Qualified Institutions Placement, ADRs, GDRs, FCCBs, ESOPs and IPOs as per her job content during her employment, before joining HPACS in June 2011. She has a good flair and understanding of Stock Exchange Listing Agreement and Compliance matters of SEBI Laws and Regulations. She assists clients in Company Secretarial Audits and other Corporate Governance matters with equal success rate.

Mr. Vaijayant Paliwal is a young and dynamic qualified Law Graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Indra Prastha University of Delhi State and member of All India Bar Association. He joined HPACS in July 2009 and he specializes in litigations in Mergers and Acquisitions, Insurance, Corporate Takeovers, SEBI- Securities Laws & Regulations and FEMA case Laws. He appears before the trial courts and Delhi High Court. He also appears before specialized Quasi Judicial Forums of SEBI, IRDA , RBI, Company Law Board / Proposed NCLT under the respective statutory laws of India. He assists to the Managing Partner of HPACS in International compliance business of Corporate Affairs of Multi National Companies in various jurisdictions around the world.

Mr Kenneth Foo is a Chartered Company Secretary practicing since 1991 under his firm of KL Management & Secretarial Services. As a Practicing Chartered Secretary, he offers advice and consulting on corporate secretarial, accounts and finance, management consultation and planning, company administration and company law matters of Malaysia.

He Joined the HPACS team from December 2011 and assists clients of HPACS from Kuala Lumpur.

Mr Kenneth Foo attended TAR College of Malaysia in 1980 where he qualified the examinations conducted by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, United Kingdom in 1982. Subsequently, he also qualified the examinations conducted by the University of London (External) and obtained the Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 1992. He also qualified the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) conducted by the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia in 1993.

Kenneth has worked in various public listed companies such as Faber Merlin PLC, Pahang Consolidated PLC where he was involved in the corporate secretarial and share registration departments. He joined Management & Secretarial Services Sdn Bhd in 1986 as Executive Director and managed the secretarial portfolio of clients that included Emporium Holdings Berhad, Klasse Department Store Sdn Bhd, Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad and various other companies under the Emporium Holdings Group.

Kenneth served as a Council member of MAICSA ( www.maicsa.org.my) from 2006 to 2009 and has been a member of various Committees in MAICSA since 2003 until to-date.

Deborah King is a qualified Chartered Secretary of UK since 1997 and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London www.icsa.org.uk. She is also a Fellow Member of Royal Society of Arts, London. She has over 15 years years’ experience in Company Secretarial Services of various FTSE companies of London and in professional practice.

She is an Associate of HPACS since November 2011 and assist clients of HPACS from UK. Through her company Premium Connections Limited which was set up in 2006, she specializes and assists the Boards of Directors in organizing the Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings, Mergers & Acquisitions support and company and business related corporate governance and Due Diligence Reports.

She has the expertise to maintain the statutory company secretarial records and to ensure that UK companies comply with their legal and statutory obligations.

She also assists and coordinates with Indian and British companies whenever respective companies have a cross border business presence. She currently acts for Mahindra Satyam’s UK business.

Mrs Anupriyanka Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2001 and Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1999. She has more than 11 years of experience in the Corporate sector including Hewlett Packard, GE Motors, Brightpoint (Nokia Channel Parners ) and Headstrong India. She has joined the HPACS since December 2011.

She has vast experience in all aspects of US GAAP accounting , taxation and financial planning. Her key areas of expertise include preparation of financial statements as per I GAAP and US GAAP, financial forecasting and day to day accounting operations . She also has knowledge of Corporate income tax for US, India, Japan UK and Phillipines regions.
